Online counselling
Here at SOR we provide Free online counselling for anyone who has been effected by rape or sexual abuse .We provide online chat through an app called telegram which can be downloaded via google play or the APPLE store .In each 1 hour chat we try to meet certain goals which are set in the initial chat before counselling takes pace .Counselling is completely free and underneath is a list of FAQs .If you feel our online counselling if for you then please contact via the email below !

Is the service confidential ?Sessions are completley confidential and everything said to the counsellors stays with them only and dosent go outisde the chat (counsellors make brief notes of what you tell them for the following weeks ).

How long do sessions last /how many sessions can i have ?Sessions are once a week for an hour and can last up to 6 weeks + depending on how you feel the sessions are going .

How old do i have too be ?Counselling is for anyone from the age of 12-100 !

Is counselling for family & Friends also ?Yes ! Here at SOR we believe that friends and family are really important and that they should also be given advice and support.In counselling for family and friends that lasts up to three weeks , we give them advice and support them aswell as making sure that they are taking good care of themselves .

what if i already recieve face 2 face counselling?Thats absoloutley fine ! We understand that on the days that you dont see your face to face counsellor you may find it hard , therfore we will be there inbetween .

Who is the counselling for ?Counselling is for anyone who has been raped or sexually abused regardless of their age (we do ask that under 12 years need permmision ).Here at SOR we also provide counselling for up to three sessions for family members or friends who have been affected , however we sadly dont provide counselling for men and boys .
